Love Is Spending Time Together

Based on a true story- I want to tell you about a businessman who lived in another town. A week before his mother’s birthday, he promised her to visit the home town and spend time on her day. But a day before his mother’s birthday he had an important meeting, which was postponed and rescheduled the next day. The meeting took one whole afternoon to complete. He couldn’t manage to visit the home town, as it was already afternoon. He didn’t want to upset his mother's, so he thought of sending her a bouquet and a gift with his driver. He went to a flower and gift shop to pick his mother's favourite flowers. He was thinking of bright yellow lilies, daffodils and Orchids, where suddenly he noticed outside the glass door a girl sitting and weeping.

He gave all the picked flowers for packing and came out to see the girl. He asked the reason to the girl, and she replied that she lost the money, which she saved for her mother’s birthday gift. Now she could buy nothing for her mother birthday. The man hearing her smiled, took her inside the shop, and asked her to choose flowers. The girl refuses to accept because she doesn’t want to borrow money from him. The man convinced her telling that she could return the money later. She was happy to hear that and picked a bunch of red roses. The man’s bouquet was packed, and he gave it to the driver and told him to take the next bus to the town. The girl was walking straight on the road.The man offered her lift, and she agreed. She told the address to the man, and the man dropped her at the place she mentioned. The girl insisted on coming and meeting her mother, and the man couldn't refuse. She took him to the other lane, where there were no houses. A little further, he noticed a graveyard and the girl walked inside.

The man was shocked, seeing the girl placing the flowers on the grave and crying. He realises the love and affection of the girl for her mother even after her death. The man was in tears, and he thought about his mother, who is waiting for him. He hugged the girl and rushed to the car and called his mother that he will come home as soon as possible.

Never be so busy that you can’t even give time to your parents in their old age. Children are what they are because of their parents and so they should never forget their roots.
