Whatsapp is a social media platform that more than 90% of smartphone users are using.Whatsapphas 1.5 billion users from 180 countries.Every teenager nowadays spends most of his or her time in Whatsapp with his friends in personal chat or groupchat.We know that we have a feature known as whatsapp call with which the hackers are installing a spyware virus in our phone which takes control over our phone including call logs ,messsages,recording audio using your microphone and many other things.

There's an organisation named NSO(National security Organisation) is an cyber security based firm at israel.This company helps the government in providing cyber security but It has also been seen that this organisation has been building some dangerous viruses or software and selling it in the black market.So recently they made a software known as spyware which takes control over your phone through Whatsapp.

The process how you are attacked is you will get a Whatsapp call from an unknown number and if you attend it or dont attend it the spyware gets installed on your phone and it can access your camera, gallery and everything.Although this attack was targeted on only some people like buisness man,social activist but there is a threat to everyone as the spyware is available in the black market.So Whatsapp has given a new update which may have automatically updated in background or please do go to playstore or applestore to update it.So please be careful in social media platforms.
