In this article, I will show you a real example of the power of friendship and Startup. Before 7 years friends started a company Known as Xiaomi and its now the worlds 4th largest smartphone seller. The best smartphone and budget phone in India. All these people who started a company were from the middle class. The success story of MI or Xiaomi or Redmi tells that if we have true friends we can touch any heights in our life. Now, these people are the richest people in China and even the world. In China, many people have an idea of startup and they don't want to work as an employee.

Lee Jun the founder of Xiaomi was born in an Industrial estate in China. He grew up seeing the working of the Industry. Someone gave a book of Steve jobs and he got a great aspiration and motivation from the book and wanted to become a founder like Steve Jobs. Although he was motivated by people around him He had his Dream goal to become like Steve Jobs. He finishes his college and joins the IT company known as Kingsoft. He gives lots of suggestions they are taken into consideration but he is not given the needed appreciation and hike in salary. He is thinking that he is a normal employee who is waiting for his monthly income. He gots marriage and has got two children.

He did not wanted to take a risk as a family man and works in the company hard and becomes the CEO of the Kingsoft company in just 8 years. He creates history in that company. After becoming CEO of the company he gets a feeling that he has not got the authority or the power to make decisions. because it was in the hands of the owners of the company. Doing this work he starts to build his startup side by side because he cannot take a risk at that time as he was a family man. He along with his 8 friends started a bookstore company. Amazon buys that bookstore company for 75 million rs. He gives back the money to his friends. He does not get satisfaction from his job.

He wanted to make China more than the USA. He starts his own company and names it as Xiaomi which means cereals in the Chinese language. The idea of the company is to make small things in the best way.ALl the 8 friends take a risk and put all their money in this startup as they wanted to hire employees and want it to be a grand company. They named it as MI means Mission Impossible, The friends said that they can achieve even impossible things. First, it was a software company which writes software for android. They thought that all of them had iPhones but they were working for Android. They wanted to build a phone like an iPhone but with the low cost such that even a normal man can buy it. They take a great risk although their software business was going fine they took all the money and invested in hardware that is creating the Xiaomi phone. This company was founded on 6 April 2010. These friends wanted to prove that even China can produce quality products at a low price.
