In today's era, we just can't live or leave anywhere without our phones, isn't it? The internet is just let's see 25 years old(imagine that). Our phones can do great things as we can talk, text people, follow what's new, know the trends, have a social media life. But that doesn't mean we get addicted to the phones. We can keep them with ourselves for an emergency but using them the whole time and missings things out that's not fair, is it? Let's see things we can have if we put down our phones.

1.Messed up sleep

The bright lights of our smartphones do helps us in late night texting or reading or scrolling our feeds, but they strain our eyes and can cause headaches and migraines.
We have seen many of the youth complaining about having headaches and losing concentration, even small children nowadays have spectacles this all due to the constant usage of phones. Many times it happens we wake up in the middle of the night and take a glance at our phones for checking the time and the next things we know is we saw a notification and are scrolling through our feeds. So to sleep peacefully keep your phones away from your hands reach.

2.Less comparing

In today's world we constantly see new things and immediately start comparing ourselves with what others are and what do they have, like why don't I have that things, we should learn to appreciate things not constantly compare and make ourselves self-conscious or start developing confidence issues. We should learn to be happy in whatever we have and stop complaining about what we don't have.

3.Personal growth

In this fast-paced world where everyone is after what is new, to make as many as possible friends, to increase their social media following, we should never forget to do one thing Spend Time With Yourself. Because if you can't love yourself how can you love others. Spending time alone not only helps in knowing yourself and needs but you also learn to trust your intuition and decisions. Put your phones down for a while explore yourself a little you might be surprised at what you find about yourself.

4.More free time

Imagine if your data gets over in the morning itself, a dreadful thought right. What would you do the whole day if you don't have internet what will you do if youe battery runs out and you don't have to charge options? Let's look at it's bright side you will get a lots of free time right in the beginning you may get bored but then eventually you will find something for doing it can be your new hobby, or just a talk with your neighbors, or any physical activities these not only help to take the strain off your eyes but also helps in it keeping your mind and body fresh.
