Friends are forever, cousins are for life.

Why is it always said ‘Friends are forever and cousins are for life’? Well, there are reasons

1.You grew up together

You were raised together, given the same values and taught the same tradition.Since they grew up with you, they know almost everything about you. They know how crazy you are but still continue to love you.

2.They are your first friends

They were the ones with whom you played and had fun even before getting introduced to the world of friends. So, technically they become your first friends.

3.You learned to share things with them

Your very first lesson of sharing began with them, where you gave a part of whatever you had to our cousins.

4.They are your partners-in-crime

They were always ready to do any kind of mischief with you and were never ready to leave each other’s side even if all of you were caught red handed.

5.You enjoy at family functions together

The kind of fun that you have had in each other’s company during family functions knew no limits. No matter how boring the function is, it would always be fun with your cousins around.

6.They know everything about your parents

Had a fight with you parents? Don’t worry; you will always have your cousin’s shoulder to lean on. No one other than your cousins will get the situation well for they know your parents they way you know, thereby helping you to solve the problem.

7.You can share your experiences at school/college with them

Many a times, it would be practical not to discuss few school/college matters with your parents. And when you hopelessly want to discuss any of those matters, you have your cousins!!

8.Most importantly they are ready to stand up for each other

Cousins know each other very well and will always be there for each other through thick and thin. They will be always ready to stand up for each other and support you at the time of difficulties.
