• Wherefore We gave him the glad tidings of a boy gentle.
  तो हमने उसे एक सहनशील पुत्र की शुभ सूचना दी

• And the angels called out to him while he was standing, offering prayer at his place of worship, “ Indeed Allah gives you glad tidings of Yahya, who will confirm a Word from Allah, – a leader, always refraining from women, a Prophet from one of Our devoted ones. ”
  तो फ़रिश्तों ने उसे आवाज़ दी, जबकि वह मेहराब में खड़ा नमाज़ पढ़ रहा था," अल्लाह, तुझे यह्याि की शुभ - सूचना देता है, जो अल्लाह के एक कलिमें की पुष्टि करनेवाला, सरदार, अत्यन्त संयमी और अच्छे लोगो में से एक नबी होगा ।"

• And when one among of them receives the glad tidings of a daughter, his face turns black for the day, and he remains seething.
  और अपने लिए जो मरग़ूब हैं और जब उसमें से किसी एक को लड़की पैदा होने की जो खुशख़बरी दीजिए रंज के मारे मुँह काला हो जाता है

• Lo! We have sent thee with the truth, a bringer of glad tidings and a warner. And thou wilt not be asked about the owners of hell - fire.

  अब जबकि वे झुठला चुके है, तो शीघ्र ही उन्हें उसकी हक़ीकत मालूम हो जाएगी, जिसका वे मज़ाक़ उड़ाते रहे है

• And for every nation We have appointed religious ceremonies, that they may mention the Name of Allah over the beast of cattle that He has given them for food. And your Ilah is One Ilah, so you must submit to Him Alone. And give glad tidings to the Mukhbitin,
  और हमने तो हर उम्मत के वास्ते क़ुरबानी का तरीक़ा मुक़र्रर कर दिया है ताकि जो मवेशी चारपाए खुदा ने उन्हें अता किए हैं उन पर ख़ुदा का नाम ले ग़रज़ तुम लोगों का माबूद यकता खुदा है तो उसी के फरमाबरदार बन जाओ

• And the angels called out to him when he was standing in the sanctuary worshipping, saying: ' Allah gives you glad tidings of John, who shall confirm a Word from Allah. He shall be a master and chaste, a Prophet and from the righteous '
  तो फ़रिश्तों ने उसे आवाज़ दी, जबकि वह मेहराब में खड़ा नमाज़ पढ़ रहा था," अल्लाह, तुझे यह्याि की शुभ - सूचना देता है, जो अल्लाह के एक कलिमें की पुष्टि करनेवाला, सरदार, अत्यन्त संयमी और अच्छे लोगो में से एक नबी होगा ।"

• Say: Shall I give you glad tidings of things Far better than those ? For the righteous are Gardens in nearness to their Lord, with rivers flowing beneath ; therein is their eternal home ; with companions pure ; and the good pleasure of Allah. For in Allah ' s sight are His servants, -
  कहो," क्या मैं तुम्हें इनसे उत्तम चीज का पता दूँ ?" जो लोग अल्लाह का डर रखेंगे उनके लिए उनके रब के पास बाग़ है, जिनके नीचे नहरें बह रहीं होगी । उनमें वे सदैव रहेंगे । वहाँ पाक - साफ़ जोड़े होंगे और अल्लाह की प्रसन्नता प्राप्त होगी । और अल्लाह अपने बन्दों पर नज़र रखता है
