Yoga is the most important part o f our day to day life. Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices oriented in ancient india. The beginning of Yoga were developed by Indus Sarasvati in North india over 5000 years ago. The word Yoga, was known as the Rig Veda. Vedas are the collection of texts, songs, mantras and rituals by the Brahmans, the Vedic priests.
The most important and reowned of the Yogic scriptures is the Bhagvad-Gita composed around 500B.C.E.
An asana is a body posture, mainly and originally the pose of meditation, and later in hatha yoga and modern yoga, adding reclining , inverted, twisted etc. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali define asanas as the position that is steady and comfortable.

Asanas work in different ways from conventional physical exercises, according to Satyananda Saraswati. A steady and pleasent posture produces mental equilibrium and prevents fickleness of mind. Asanas even helps us to increase the flexibility of the body and calmness of our mind.
From the Hindu perspective, the practice of asanas in Western world as physical exercise is sometimes seen as yoga that has lost its way. In 2012, the Hindu American Foundation ran a Take Back Yoga Campaign to emphasise yoga roots in Hinduism.
Even now, The International Day of Yoga, Is celebrated anually on 21June since its inception in 2015. Yoga day was declared by United Nations General Assembly.
Each year, our Prime Minister Narendra Modi also performs yoga and even initiate and motivate everyone that we should put Yoga in our day to day life as yoga helps us to increase our strength and abilities to perform different tasks easily and are even able to cure ourselves from many diseases and health issues. Yoga even help us to increase our concentration power and even help us to increase our capability to perform work in the most effective and efficient manner. Yoga even helps us to manage stress and even cope up with any of the unwanted task or thing that we have performed earlier. We should always be happy and should perform yoga each and everyday as it will help us to get motivated and even help us to cure ourselves from many serious diseases and even we will perform each and every asanas to keep our body in a good posture and even our body will be flexible and adaptable to each and every environment. And even with the increase in concentration power we can finally fulfill all our goals and achieve whatever we want to achieve.
