we often suffers from fatigue for various reasons. We don't even realise that how bad it is. We cannot focus on our daily activities. We often feel low/weak throughout the day.

Sometimes, as afternoon wears on , our eyelids sagging badly. When we are feeling low, we often drink tea or cold drinks to get energy. But fatigue can't be cure properly by these stuffs.

We use so many medicines for this reason. But this has side effects too. According to a research, It is found that sometimes fatigue cannot properly cured through medicines. We are very busy in our life. It is very important us to stay fit. So, I am going to share 10 best ways to get rid of this disease called " Fatigue ".

Never skip your breakfast

Try to eat high fibre or high protein foods in morning so that you can be active all the day.

Let the sunshine in

Everyday try to walk in the morning. Go for a morning jogging. The warm effect of the enviourment keeps you fit all the day.

When ever you are feeling low of lazy just have a bite of icecream or choclate. It will enhance your mood and fresh your mind as well. It helps you to start your work with full energy.

Try to hangout with positive friends

Positivity plays a very significant role in our life. It will encourage you to do something better in your life. So try to avoid negativity and negative friends . Just be positive and be with positivity.

Exercise regularly

Excercise will increase the metabolism and its help you to stay fit. It will improve the blood circulation as well.
