"To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear" -Buddha

Reason 1. We didn't have a plan

Quiet often, we do not create a plan on how to achieve the optimum benefit rather executing without having a specified layout or blue print.

Reason 2. If have a plan, we didn't have a goal

If a plan is the answer to ‘what’ & goals answer the questions ‘how’ and ‘by when’?

"A man without goals is just like a bird flying without direction"

Reason 3. Didn't know how to use the equipment

In America, up to 80% percent of the people who are using equipment are doing it wrong. When you don’t know how to use something, you get frustrated and you quit. And heaven forbid you should ask anyone for help!

Reason 4. Underestimating the Conditional level

The day after your first workout, your muscles were sore as hell! We often tends to do overexercise irrespective of thinking muscle recovery that makes you feel irritable and tired throughout your workday.

Reason 5. You didn't see instant results & gave up

You have two choices when achieving a fitness level: the long, slow grind to success or instant gratification. I know most people opt out for the latter
