The world is moved by the media and ‘content’ has become King! And those in the business of generating, hosting, managing and broadcasting content are leading the world. The global media and entertainment industry is at $2.3 Trillion and expected to grow multiple folds by the end of the decade. However, while the industry is on its way to phenomenal growth, those aiming to explore, join or hire from the industry do not have any platforms or avenues to showcase or access this talent. Each year, more than a million talented people in the middle east alone give up on their dreams, to become actors, models, singers, musicians and more, simply because they can't find enough work.

Regions like the Middle East, Africas, South Asia and others have enormous populations, with close to 60% of the overall being under 30 years of age. And while the world spent more than a decade talking in great concern about not having enough opportunities for this youth bulge, we have been pushed even further behind with approx 114 Million people losing their jobs, becoming unemployed due to Covid19. The world is struggling with the pandemic, and it might take years for us to recover or rebuild our economies, most businesses would already have adopted or realized that they can survive with minimal human resources, not even requiring the same number of people. It is even believed that we may be heading for another great depression, one way more devastating than anything that the world has seen before. Hence, when we realize that formal jobs and opportunities have already become a scarce commodity, it is imperative to build informal avenues and structures that would support personal and economic turn around.

The world today is full of aspiring youth who has been raised to believe in themselves and to find their true calling. They aim and attempt to lead more fulfilling, more diverse lives, where they can express their creativity and hone their skills; however the lack of a visibility medium, along with limited resources and generally no marketing sense, leaves them with no option or avenue to display and promote themselves. There is a huge need, potential and opportunity for a platform. A platform that gives talent the opportunity to showcase their skills and enables buyers of all sorts, from everywhere, to explore, connect and hire on the go. It is also due to the same gap, that the world has seen a number of globally acclaimed talent shows in the last decade. These shows became immensely successful only reconfirming the fact that while there is a huge demand for talent, the supply is only limited by the lack of an avenue. An avenue for all those who believe they have something to share. The world has talent; all that’s needed is a "Platform"!
