Nepotism And Favouritism

Before coming to my perspective,let us know what nepotism literally means- it means “patiality” or “biasness” or “unfairness”. In our society, everyday we are facing nepotism but recently, we are only pointing it towards film industry,namely bollywood. The recent demise of a bollywood actor has brought a lot of issues which are thoughtful.To let you all understand easily, let's exemplify Bollywood.We say, the Kapoors, Khans run bollywood.since long,may be throughout five or six decades, they have reigned here and still the current generation is carrying the legacy. But what the most surprising fact is that,when an outsider comes in, he or she is facing various constraints, facing “nepotism”. Even the worst case is, some actor say X, he got offer for a film, he signed, after few months, he gets rejected because some bigshot wants to do the movie and the director gets biased. This is just a single reason.there are hundreds of reasons and stories of nepotism.Now I would like to englighten another fact that not all “star kids” are worthless, namely Alia Bhatt,she is a great actor. So exceptions of course,exist. Leave Bollywood. I have even seen students who signed for an internship in a company,later on he gets rejected.you know why? Because of the Favouritism of a teacher who wanted another student to get the internship.this is nepotism and it should be prevented.just imagine, if a person, day by day faces this nepotism for a long time, where can his mental condition lead to? He will think “may be hardwork or brilliance don't matter everywhere”. He will be misunderstood. Because we know,hard work pays off.The world is getting misunderstood increasingly, the main reason is lots of unbearable concepts are still going on since long and no-one is putting an end.as a result, a brilliant actor like Sushant,we lost him. I understand a single soul cannot put an end to all this. We need “human power” instead of “man power”, we need “humanity” instead of “human” and we need “unity”. So let us take a vow today, anywhere we see Favouritism taking place, we will protest, no matter what. Because if you shout, they'll shout to support. So you take the initiative.
