Everyone has mixed emotions which cannot be expressed in words but in action. Often
people are hit with these emotions leading to the worst possible outcomes, that is sadness.The term sadness is the phase of depression, when we often isolate ourselves thinking about alot of issues. But the grief of sadness is when someone who means so much to you,completely cuts down your contact, doesn’t spend time with you, breaks us down completely.The downside of this is that we do not overcome the circumstances easily, which in turnmakes us lose our self so desperately.

Often seeing people with dull looks makes the one seeing them displeased, as in life there area lot of struggles that we can pull through, however we doubt our capabilities, and our mindwould be flooded with self-guilt and regrets from what they have done. Everyone has theirown battles to face from abnormal childhood to broken relationships, we all have experiencedthis phase of life one way or the other. Everyone in this world is worth to be fought for andeach and every one is unique. It is our perspective that makes us fall into this special categoryof sadness.

It is when we feel that we are unfit to be in someone’s life, or if the world says that we are fitfor nothing, we tend to be sad. Remember, a few hardships and failed choices do not meanthe end of everything. As human being we have adapted to survive and each one of us has theright to live life to the fullest. The coping mechanism to adapt to these adverse circumstancesmight vary from person to person. Some may eat a lot while others get on with creativehobbies which automatically stimulate our chemical responses to battle mood swings, crankyattitude, clouded decisions, anxiety and sometimes we act as if this is the end of everything.

However, science has proven ways to overwhelm these conditions and alleviate thesymptoms of depression and sadness. Connecting with friends, listening to upbeat music, changing food habits, cognitive therapy and environmental changes are some of the most effective ways. Further, there is no greater teacher than life itself and we have to find ways tolearn from our mistakes, correct ourselves, so we do not end up in grave instances wheneverything blacks out. These experiences can make you want to hide away from the worldand disappear. It’s okay to take some time off but give yourself a time limit and then dosomething productive to improve your mood. Depression can be well managed I know thisfrom personal experience and there can be a wonderful life beyond depression. Hang in thereand keep the faith.
