News travels fast in this world, and if one wants to be a part of it, then don't run in a marathon. If I cite my friend Annie's example, she always wanted to do a PhD after hermaster's but she wanted to do it from a foreign country, neither she nor her parents had the expenses in that case she did the next best possible thing applied for a bachelor of education degree and made most of the money working for two years and finally she got admitted in a good university and currently she's working with a wedding planning industry and also as a part time teacher. What I'm willing to tell you through this story is that you shouldn't always follow the herd, or even have a to do list, because if you are weak willed your list would lye all year long without any right check. But you do learn one thing from the story above and that is Annie never gave up on her dreams, rather she choose the closest option to work hard and pay for her own education. Now there are four activities that will keep you motivated.

1) Watch what your habits are

Most of the successful people have a habit and that is, they always watch what exactly there actions are directed towards. Is the same goal you wanted, and if you are already there and you are not happy that means this is not what you wanted. The point is happiness. I get happiness when I work entire day earn a lot, so that at the end of three months I can have a nice holiday with my family. So my habits are directed towards thatend. You simply need to know if you wasting your time on YouTube then question yourself -why am I doing this? The moment you realise your answer, you'll be on way to success and remain motivated.

2) Focus

When I turned 24, my eating habits were more than awful, I was eating noodles and all the junk food I could, and never cared about my health. As a result I suffered from PCOS. The most important thing to learn here is, I was focused but on wrong things. As a result you must be "aware" that you are in this moment and alive that your senses are all focused on the job that you are doing. And if what you are doing is not something that makes you happy then either you are not paying your full attention to itor this is not your field. Now many people say that it's hard to change the career, well what you can do is, reduce the hours of your this job and save time for what you love doing, slowly you will be ready to take over your dream on a bigger level. The more focus you bring in your life, the more you'll be closer to your success.

3) Get Done with it

You must remember that even in your dream job there will be times when you will have an unwanted situation. I grew up in a joint family there were always many people, and a lot of work specially in the kitchen some things we absolutely hated doing ,what me and my mom did was that,we would just finish that thing that was disturbing us. The point is you can either get done with the task or keep delaying it. Routine does not necessarily signify that you'll reach your dreams will have a future. So stop delaying something you hate, get done with it and move forward to complete your dreams.

4) Leave the Past in Past

It is something that happened way back and it will never happen again. Once during my counseling with my psychiatrist, I asked him, The past hurts me a lot, what should I do about this? He gave me the simplest answer that I knew but was not accepting, he said "we have a head and we can see in front, to the left and to the right, but never at the back" so what you need to do is, forget the pain, loss and suffering you had, move forward that spot, this is one life you don't know will you be a human being again or not? When you don't have any grudges, you will have a clean heart that is full of positive energy, and then you'll be fully dedicated to the life and work you have.
