As the above title pronounces,that "Fitness entails Strictness",so I from my personal standpoint believe that, to lead a healthy life one must ensure the presence of strictness in their day-to-day fitness schedule.

Fitness,(be that mental or physical) is something which everyone should strive for.
Many people out there feel that Fitness is demanded only to avoid medical issues,but that's not true.Fitness is must for overall quality of life.

Now,here let's embolden the word 'QUALITY'.Qualitative life means to live life in a healthy state,I.e.,no medical concerns till the last breath.Sounds impossible,but it isn't.

There are many ways to stay fit.
1.First comes MEDITATION.The connection of soul with the almighty.Meditation ensures both ,your mental as well as physical health.It brings peace to your mind which is very necessary in today's stressful life.

And yaa,it also purifies your blood without making you tired.

2.Second comes EXERCISE.Exercise is the most prominent method as per today's youth to stay fit.Daily exercise can help you increase your blood circulation,and make your mind stay active for 24 hours.

3.Last but not the least is the way of MECHANICAL EXERCISE,I.e., exercising in gym.An expensive one,but yaa,beneficial for your internal as well as external fitness.

Now,what the main thing is that,we all know about the benefits of staying fit,but at the same time we end up by saying that,"Are yar time he nhi milta hai".

This line sounds like we are very busy,but that's not true.In this journey of life ,we need to grab at least half an hour for our physical fitness.Because,Health is wealth,and, without Health there is no use of Wealth.

So,Wake up Dude!Don't turn off your alarm.Put on your shoes and make a round of nature with a strict fitness schedule.
