Bentley went all out on their new segment and managed to launch a book worth INR Rs. 1,72,00,000 (USD 2,50,500). For a moment I couldn’t believe it what is the purpose of this book? Why so expensive?
Further, I found that Bentley entitled their book series as “Centenary Book”, which comes in three segments of expensive that range from Rs. 2,00,000 to a massive sum up to 1,72,00,000. The book in launched to celebrate their 100 year heritage.
The most expensive book model having a price tag of 1.70 CR is termed as “100 Carat Edition” book and yes, the books are getting a literal 100 carats of diamonds and a white-gold Bentley badge. Buyers of the books have also given the option to have their names put on the book covers in gold or silver if they want.
It has 9 chapters with 800 pages in it having the gold-adorned bindings, the book is nearly a meter wide when opened. Having a combination of gold, metal, diamonds and a rich Bentley logo, the book gives a next level luxury feeling.
The book covers every aspect from company history to future development, along with subjects like Performance, Design, Rarity and Craftsmanship, Innovation and Extraordinary Customers.
