Getting ahead of others hustle every day and live a successful life is a dream of almost everyone, but some could fly that high. those people have discipline they sacrificed many things and finally achieved. They maintained some habits that helped them throughout the journey of success. those habits are not rocket science! Daily life simple habits that transformed them, after doing the research I have found 6 of the common habits that every successful person possesses.

1. Read, Read and read!

The ultimate source of getting knowledge and wisdom is through reading. A whole book can be written on the benefits of reading! Don’t worry, not gonna write the book here. but in short, Readers understand just how powerful the brain really is, the brain can hold almost an unlimited capacity of information. The more you read and learn, the easier it becomes to keep the information in your long term memory as it increases the memory power.

It develops more neuro-connections in your brain which helps in creativity, boosts memory, develops cognitive thinking and helps manage stress.

2. Mediate and exercise

10-20 minutes of meditation every day and exercise a minimum 3 times a week can transform your life into a positive boost. Meditation increases brain folds and has enormous benefits. When you exercise, your body produces a chemical known as endorphins. These chemicals then interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body like a feel-good hormone, similar to that of morphine

If you eat the right foods, get enough rest, and exercise regularly, your mind, body, and spirit won’t tire so easily.

3. Networking is the cheat code

Networking has been one of the most important skills in the modern era, by the network I don’t mean to add facebook friends or increase Instagram followers. Networking is much beyond that, network with older people and communicate to gain valuable life lessons. Network on professional platforms like LinkedIn. Connect with mentors, teachers. There is a famous saying

Your network is your net worth.

4. Gratitude

When you have a mindset full of gratitude, you are a step ahead of understanding what life is. Your days will be brighter. Your ego will be crushed, Your bucket will feel full. Success comes when you start working for improving the world and not for personal wealth at first, success comes when you are ready to work with what you have. This mindset for gratitude is the key for all above.

5. Consistency

Being consistent with your goals and objectives is what separates from being mediocre and being on top. Consistency makes the job easier, working 2 hours daily or working 14 hours in a day, which one is better? Being consistent eight?

It forms habits and habits lead to success. When you do something over and over again, it becomes almost second nature to you. Work becomes easy to do what just a short time ago was like climbing a mountain.

6. Maintain a journal and set priorities every morning

A journal can be an important asset to track important decisions in your life.It helps to keep a natural chronological record of your progress and can allow you to remember the reasons behind your decision-making for those all-important life events. With the journal, set up what are your priorities, be consistent with them and follow them, prioritizing helps to find what is important and what is least important in your life, it gives a sense of direction on which you want to go.
