Welcome To The World Of Kdramas!

I had gone to visit my cousin and we were just sipping on coffee when she first told me about Korean dramas and just out of curiosity I asked her to suggest me one. The instant I started watching them, I was hooked, there was no looking back.

That’s how I met the love of my life,Lee Min Ho oppa(I know that is a bit too much) I couldn’t help myself from drooling whenever I saw him on screen(aaaah! why did he have to be so cute!)

This is a list of dramas that I have and seen and that must be watched, if you are new to the world of kdrama and also my review of them, here it goes…..

• MY GIRLFRIEND IS A GUMIHO

This drama was my first and I fell in love with it hence I would certainly give it a 10/10, Shin Min Ah looks adorable (aaah her dimple)The drama is an emotional rollercoaster(as most of them are), its also quite funny and over all this is a drama that is worth a watch..

• BOYS OVER FLOWERS

This drama can be watched just for the F4! No one else can play a dumb rich spoiled guy better than Min ho and I actually cried at the end of this drama as I didn’t want it to end. The whole script and the flaws can easily be overlooked. BOF is one of the dramas that would get you hooked to kdramas so if you haven’t ever watched any dramas then I would suggest you start with this one.

• THE HEIRS

I started watching this drama just because of Min ho oppa, but it was one of the most addictive! I laughed at the funny moments and cried like a baby when the scenes got emotional(believeme you wouldn’t be able to help yourself either). This is a perfect 10/10 as it has all the poosile twists and keeps you hooked till the end.if you haven’t watched it yet you then I suggest that you start watching it right this instant!

• HEARTSTRINGS

Park Shin Hye plays the perfect innocent girl who is oblivious to the outside world and doesn’t know anything except her gayagneum and Jung Yong Hwa plays the perfect cute uptight brat( you cant help falling in love with him though). This drama is PERFECT! It is one of my utmost favrioutes and the songs are amazing! I cant help myself from watching it again and again.

• YOU’RE BEAUTIFUL.

Park Shin Hye has done an amazing job in this drama. Its just too cute! And the cuteness of this drama would make you oversee its flaws. The songs are also very good, and it is worth a watch.i would suggest that you watch it atleast once if you haven’t watched it yet.

• MY LOVE FROM ANOTHER STAR

I give this one a 10/10, the actors, the storyline everything was just too good except for the ending it has you weeping like a baby. It’s a drama that keeps you hanging on to it until the very end and is absolutely one of my absolute favrioutes, actually it made me very sad that it ended.

• PERSONAL TASTE

Lee Min Ho! Why did you have to be so goodlooking! His acting in this one is just wonderful. He acts gay in this one(oops spoiler alert!). but he plays his role perfectly well and this drama is really adorable and sweet and it makes you go all “awwww”. I wouldgive this one a complete 10 ofcourse! This drama is a MUST for all the newbees out there.

• BRIDE OF THE CENTURY

I just happened to see it when I couldn’t find anything else to watch. But I was hooked on to it from the very beginning, it keeps you engaged until the very end. This drama is an absolute gem. I didn’t believe in ghosts and and other supernatural beings hence I didn’t know what to expect when I started watching it but DAEBACK! I was in love with the drama and I didnt want it to end.

• TWENTY AGAIN

I cried when this drama ended.i really liked how the story was focused on the female lead and how she tries to find her place in the world. She actually inspired me to follow my passion so that I wouldn’t have any regrets in my future. I was very much happy with how the drama ended and I thoroughly enjoyed watching this one.

• PINOCHIO

I love this drama(if I could, I would watch it all over again), the whole plot was quite heartwhelming and I absolutely loved how it was focused on the importance of family, it has some flaws here and there(you can oversee them though), it gives the viewers an important message with lots of cute and funny moments and ofcourse it has a satisfying finale.

Korean dramas are my guilty pleasure and also my salvation. If there is anything that makes me feel miserable and makes me want to bawl my eyes out I just connect my phone to the internet and start watchiing any drama that interests me or go back to the ones I have watched before.
