Many children get a fever by the name of the examination.In such a situation, learning the tricks of stress reduction is very important.More stress can damage the concentration, which may not benefit, but the loss can be very high.

Whether you are interested in studying for your subjects, but during the exam, most students are in a position of stress.The slightest stress of the exam inspires the student to study, but the excess of this stress can be harmful for children.

Some children think that paper will be solvable on time, but due to speed slow down in exam, they are not able to fully squeeze paper because they were in tension.When we did not prepare enough for the exam,we often think that the questions which we have not been able to study or that we do not hold good are those questions which will be asked in the exam.

The best way to avoid the exam stress is 'Self confidence' if you have confidence in yourself, focus on your preparation without being scared and become convinced and sit in the exam.When we feelanxious, we often give ourselves negative messages like: ‘I can’t do this’, ‘I’m useless’ and ‘I’m going to fail’. It can be difficult but try to replace these with positive thoughts such as: 'this is just anxiety,it can't harm me’ and, ‘relax,concentrate - it's going to be okay’.

The idea of ​​getting pass marks in the examination or not achieving the desired score also create a lot of fear in the mind of students before giving examinations.This is something that keeps moving in their minds all the time, due to which their ability to studyis also affected to a great extent.

Conclusion - Remember, exams are important – but they’re not the only way to a successful future. Lots of people achieve success in life without doing well in school exams.Children have to work harder during the examinations, so they should consume a healthy diet.Along with it, sufficient quantity of water should also be consumed, it keeps the mind alive and fresh.
