LOVING YOURSELF IS THE GREATEST REVOLUTION
Do this simple activity, go to mirror and say it out loud that "I am Beautiful" do it 2-3 times a day and feel it that yes you are beautiful.
As it is said that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, then you should be the one who should be the beholder not the other person who might be judging you for being you, dear women and men trust me on this fact you are beautiful; may be you are skinny; may be you are heavy; may be you can't even walk properly whatever it might be, it doesn't define who you are, you are a lot more than your weight and appearance.
YOUR WEIGHT IS NOT YOUR WORTH
I have known and seen many, who are to the heavier on the weighing scale that are healthy and skinny girls who are not. I have seen in my friends that one put on a lot of weight even without eating and those that just eat all day but doesn't even gain a bit. Your aim my dear should be staying healthy. If you like, do yoga, exercise and eat nutritious diet but just stop hating yourself, in the end it's you who has to stay with you throught this journey called 'life' and if you want to make this journey beautiful then start accepting yourself.
You might hate your body with scars. cellulite, big tummy, stretch marks and what not but isn't it a part of you and why can't you just see them as an add on decorations, to your body.

You are here in this world to learn and feel good about yourself and not fit in yourself to the beauty standards set by the society.If you wish to go by the standards set by the society then please do but sooner or later you'll realise that you can never please the society. Once you get slim they'll label you as anorexic, once you get rid of the scars and cellulite they will question if you have gone under a surgery. I would recommend that "do what pleases you, even if it's sitting and hogging all day long", and yeah do eat nutrients and home made food to keep your body and mind happy.

We are somethimes not grateful for what we have. We should love what we have because what we need is right in front of our eyes. We need self love and care, so men and women love yourself and care for yourself 'you beautiful human'.
I have seen body shaming in women more so it's a little advice to all my beautiful ladies reading this of every big or small size possible - wear those short clothes or those baggy ones, go out and dance as you want to and always believe 'you are sexy and no one can ever change that '.
