If the person is not interested then there may be chances for the rejection from the interviews. They are mainly rejected during the aptitude test and screening test which are mandatory during the selection.

If individual is not attending the proper skill training or it is making trouble to achieve the targeted skill sets which are needed by the employer for hiring purpose then It is journey towards continues rejection. It makes person disturbed mentally and is worst case of IT or Software industries.

Misguidance in preparation causes the person to prepare for the same thing again and again and is hesitates more as rejections are causing continuously mental pressures. So if the situation of engineering students in India causing 94% unemployment rate then it is one of the reason behind it.
