Mental health includes the emotional, psychological, social well-being of the person and can affect their self-esteem, relationships and ability to function in everyday life. A report of WHO says that 300 million people worldwide suffering from mental illness. Moreover, when it comes to countries, India is the most depressed country world followed by China and the USA.

Mental illness includes depression, psychosomatic disorder, schizophrenia, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). While depression and other disorders are extreme cases and could not be compared to a brief period of sadness and grief. While the desolation feels like a gloomy morning that would fade away when the sun would shine out from the clouds. At the same time, mental illness feels like a tornado, making you gasp and take a deep breath while it shatters you completely from within. The person suffering from it often seen to have suicidal thoughts and usually have a hard time coming out. Psychiatrists suggest that only even talking about it in open could lower its effect.

This war could be of a person from oneself, but it does not necessarily have to be fought alone. So let us break the wheel and be there for others in their war with themselves.
