Health and lifestyle:

They are like the two hands of a clock, that is our life. They always intersect at some point of time. It first seemed like a very generic genre to me as it is what so many people talk about. But I realized the difference that I could make was by not just simply copy-pasting ideas that I could find online, on multiple blogs. The importance of this topic dawnedon me only after I wrote the first two articles. I realized that people need to be reminded of so many miniscule things which could massively change their perception of living, because they often forget that in the course of their everyday routine.

In this journey of 12 articles, I have learnt so much. It wasn’t just some voyage of words, it was an experience of converging my ideas and facts into a form of writing that the readers could perhaps relate to, and if not, at least understand. I will obviously continue writing, though I am not sure if that will be commercially as a Content Writer. This is a reminder to each one of you, that do not forget to de-stress yourself when things become too overwhelming.

Remembering our culture:

Although the latest fashion of Dining Out is replacing our cultural way of having food, seated together as a family, I would suggest we do more of the latter. Just relishing in the togetherness of being with your family is pure bliss and can be majorly therapeutic if you ever feel like you cannot cope up. I might sound very old school and perhaps 'boring' too but having friends who stay away from their home for months has reinstilled in me the need to stay connected to our culture and our tradition.

Understand, know and accept yourself as you are and do not mistake this for limiting yourself. There is growth at every stage, and life is this huge bundle of joy and sorrow and it is all about fighting for some peace and salvation. Try maintaining a healthy food intake and be mindful of your sleeping patterns. Do what you love and most importantly, do not forget to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn. Unlearn the stereotypical mindset society is trying to etch on you, relearn the misconceptions in a more liberal and accepting way, while learning from everything that knocks you off your feet. In this process, be grateful for the little moments of ecstasy that you have had.

If there is any toxicity in your life, for the sake of your own well-being, cut those people or things off. Respect mental health because as I have always said, depression isn’t sadness and anxiety isn’t nervousness. If you feel you need help, reach out. Do no ever belittle the pain you go through just because someone else has it worse. Consult a therapist and chiefly, start loving yourself. Life’s going to launch so many cannonballs your way, so remember to never let your guard down. You are strong and the strength that you have is unimaginable. So, dream. Hold on to moments that make you smile and learn to let go of those that don’t. Do not ever give up belief, because no matter what, you will always rise, you will always learn.
