1. Repetitive use of facewash

Many times we apply a lot of facewash to remove makeup. Excessive makeup can cause irritation as well as can damage the skin also. When we wash our face repeatedly, it drains off the natural oil of our skin. So instead of using repeatedly face wash, try to use good makeup remover to remove off the makeup.

2. Bathing with warm water

Be in the presence of warm water may make you relax but it is not good for the health of the skin. A long bath with warm water can make your skin dry and can cause irritation too. It also drains off natural oil and protein from your skin. So from next time, you should use normal water only for bathing and never forget to apply lotion after bathing.

3. Using hard cleanser

Mostly females who are worried by the pimples and oily skin, they use to hard cleanser to clean their skin. This can remove the oils from your skin but it would also remove essential oils which are required by the skin.

4. Excessive consumption of Alcohol

Alcohol is one of the harmful substance for the skin. It can make your skin dry and dull. Alcohol contains a high amount of sugar which can cause breakouts in our skin. One or two glass of alcohol is not much harmful but excessive consumption of alcohol can damage your skin.

5. Over exfoliation

Exfoliation is quite benefited for skin and remove dead skin cells also and opens the closed skin pores which make your skin fresh and glowing. But over exfoliation can harm the skin. It can mark scratches on the skin and can cause infection also. So try to prevent over exfoliation
