Self Love (Noun); A celebration of your own unique self.
What’s holding you back from being your true self unapologetically?
The universe is striving for you to meet your highest potential self. Everyday the universe offers you opportunities to meet up through the introduction of small and big problems and challenges. Relax. You will graduate. You will get a job. You will find love. You have an entire life. Things take time. Just enjoy where you are now. Take time to appreciate how far you’ve come. Give yourself credit for overcoming things to get better. You made it this far. Celebrate your strength.

Know that you deserve so much more. Take a moment to picture your happiest life. What are you doing in that happy life? How are you being cared for? How do you feel in your heart? How are you treating yourself? Now make an affirmation and say it out loud, “I deserve no less than that.”

Dedicate your next 6 months exclusively towards your goal, no announcements, just fall back and do the work. Distract yourself from things that make you feel sad.

You carry so much love in your heart, give some to yourself.
If you’re struggling in life, you deserve to make self care and self love a priority. Whether that means staying in bed all day, eating comfort food, putting off home work, sleeping, rescheduling plans, finding an escape through a good movie, watching your favourite TV show, or doing nothing at all - give yourself permission to put yourself first. Quiet the voice telling to do more or be more, and today, whatever you do, let it be enough. Feel your emotions intensely, breathe, and be gentle with yourself. Acknowledge that you’re doing the best you can to survive and cope. And believe that you ARE enough.
