We all have befriended stress in our lives so much so that we host the stress and its roots. With the world and its people moving so far and fast, it is conflicting to v arrange or priorities accurately and hence, we end up being stressed out about most things. We are always looking out for ways to relieve some stress that most of us carry these days. Here’s one such list of relieving oneself from the stress at no expense.

Exercise
Maintain s routine that involves mild and not so exhausting exercise. Exercising helps in relaxation of the muscles of the whole body causing relief. Exercise 6 also freshens up the mind of the individual and makes him feel rejuvenated. It also keeps the hormonal balance of the body intact and proper functioning of the body is ensured.

Meditate and practice yoga
Although meditation and yoga need a lot of patience, it stands out in reducing stress. Meditation at the beginning of the day helps the individual in maintaining both physical and mental composure throughout the day. Reach out
In stressful situations, it is utterly important for the individual to reach out to his near and dear ones. This helps a lot in understanding the situation better, sometimes even give s different perspective to it, ultimately relieving him of his stress.

Spend time with people or pets
Spending some time or sometimes an entire day with family, friends and even pets offer a great deal in reducing stress. Being prey to the busy schedule, we usually go on for months without taking much notice of our near and dear ones. When stressed, taking some time off to spend with our family and friends and relieving some of the cherishable days of our lives does wonders in decreasing stress.

Have a good, heavy meal
Having a tummy full of your favourite meal at your favourite food joint, café out restaurant marks the beginning of a stress-free time ahead. One can even cook his/her favourite dish at home and eat at one’s leisure.

Create and appreciate art
For people who love to draw or paint or make something, can do so for having a stress free day. One can also spend some time in appreciating art.

Choose soothing soundtracks over loud ones
Since the mind is already chaotic with all the stress, it is advised to listen to some soothing music or even instrumental tracks. Sitting in a calm and quiet place and listening to c soft and melodious music freshens up your mind and plays a part in reducing stress fast.

Along with these, one should always keep a close look on their breathing pattern and make sure to take deep breaths once in a while. It is also utterly important to have a balanced diet to remain out of stress. Lets not let stress consume us to its grounds, instead practice simple and inexpensive ways to lead a stress-free life.
