A little snip here and a little there, Ah perfect. Bonsai, a perfect addition to my garden. Gardening is a work of heart and mind. It’s a hobby that brings a lot more than nature back to your garden. Gardening is process or to say practice of cultivation of flora. It’s usually known to be a quiet hobby, caring for these little plants and shrubbery with joy and patience.

Gardening, though it might sound like stressful job, it does bring peace to the mind. This is because it involves a lot of time alone, and it’s just you and your thoughts. This would surely give you time to recollect your notions and contemplate your ideas over different aspects. It also relieves you from stress and also boosts up your mental health.

While you’re working around the garden, you are always surrounded by fresh breeze of air, with a hint of the earthy essence lingering in it. Let’s just saying working out in the natural habitat helps boost those boring cells of yours and the fresh air helps improve and fortify your immune system. It also helps you feel a lot happier, peaceful and also acts as a good cleanser for your lungs, exhaling all the toxins from your body. There’s also the advantage of acquiring better concentration, an intellectual brain and breathing clean air could also further build up a good blood pressure. There’s also the vitamin D that you’d be getting from the exposure to the sunlight.

All the efforts on shaping and grooming pays off as having a garden is good since it happens to create a healthy environment for us it’s also a good place for entertainment and having fun playing with others. There are also those mischievous and sweet memories that remind us when we step into the shades of those trees planted long ago. Reminiscences of those days when all the young kids of the family gather under the tree and begin aiming their stones to shoot down those juicy ripe fruits, which were staring at them in a challenging manner.

Just imagine that one movement when after caring for that one plant for years and waiting that perennial flower to bloom after a long wait or the times following the many eons later, sitting under that very tree thinking about the old times. The happiness and joy that’d come to you like a speed signal, as it grew in the care and gentleness of your tender hands. So I guess gardening is not just a pastime but also an activity reminding us of our nostalgic train of sweet memories.
