Introduction

As per the record of history Tomato introduced to the human beings in 1554. It is a basic plant in Peru country. The scientific name of tomatoes is Solanum lycopersicum. In all over the world, there are few countries were tomato planting taken place like India, America, chin, turkey.etc.

In India Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Gujarat etc. state planting tomatoes. In all seasons tomato’s are easy to planting so it is one of the main fruit for farmers. Tomato contains body protection food factor so it is essential in day to day food.

These are 10cm and more in diameter used in making a sandwich and related foods. These are thin-skinned and have a shorter shelf life.

These are 7-9cm.In this higher amount of liquid Means water content which is used in making a sauce.
