I guess the most used terms of today's times is this word POP CULTURE. So let's understand what pop culture is. It is basically a type of westernisation with a broader perspective towards it. So pop culture includes the dressing patterns the culture patterns and all the patterns that have changed in the past few decades. So firstly let's talk about the dressing patterns , the traditional Indian attire includes a saree or a suit but pop culture has given rise to jeans t-shirt just not this but also skirts shorts and a whole new era of clothing be it men or women. People are comfortable wearing the pop culture as well and slowly overly into it.

Why just clothing but also the working styles of people have taken a whole new turn. Earlier the working pattern were just for early days now has converted to night culture as well. People also work at night in the call centers just as urban westerns do . Parenting has moulded it's ways accordingly, the children who weren't part of the pop culture had a total new upbringing what nowadays the children are part of. Earlier children used to sleep with their parents spend time with their parents and often play with them as well but now it has taken a whole new turn. Now what it is is that children have their separate rooms to stay in and they tend to talk less to their parents and more to their peers and others. Though it is not wrong but one should communicate with their parents as well so that the communication gap that all of us talk about does not occur.

Everything has been moulded according to pop culture be it clothing studying homes families music movies and what not. But what is to be kept in mind is that we must not forget our essential values the essence that our culture has. It's good to be influenced by the pop culture and adapting it but one should not forget it's roots and if you are adapting it it should be done to only adapt the positives and eliminate the negatives.
