Better sleep = better life

Tired minds don't plan well.
Sleep first, plan later.
We all live in a world in which our lives are dedicated more to work and less to ourselves. Thus it is important to take out time for ourselves as well since this generation lacks me time.

Today’s article deals with sleeping disorders that people face due to various pressures in their respective lives. Sleep has been the most important key factor to live a happy and healthy life. Proper sleep is really essential to lead a healthy lifestyle. These days people tend to ignore their sleep time and instead devote their time to work or any other activity and the most common of them is wasting it on mobiles phones. People hung up on their phones late at night and tend to spend their time scrolling down memes and feed on social media platforms , this activity is so addictive that they unknowingly tend to hurt their eyes as the eyes face a lot of light in the night. Excessive light on eyes can causes various eyes diseases including eye flu and others. Addiction of mobile phones also leads to sleep deprivation thus leading to ignorence of sleep .

Also when it comes to work people focus on their work and keep on working late at night on their laptops and computers and mobile phones and their eyes are focused on a single screen for a long time in maximum darkness. Since human eyes are vulnerable to darkness they tend to get affected in high brightness with lowest surrounding light thus causing difficulty in reading. People ignore these characteristics and keep on working to achieve the target irrespective o the fact that in the end they’ll suffer a lot health-wise.

Another key feature of sleepless nights is the mental suffering that people go through. There are a lot of people who face mental illness like anxiety panic attacks etc . These mental illness are also a cause of sleep deprivation in humans.

So it is really important to balance out our lives and giving proper sleeping timeand giving our body rest so that the body takes full rest and start afresh the very next morning.

For this we should keep our mind fresh and focus on the positive and brighter side of life rather than mourning for the bad happening and sufferings of life.

A healthy mind is the one which has a positive thinking and sleeps for atleast 6-7 hours of proper sleep a day. And to achieve this target one should balance out between work and life .

This habit will definitely lead to a healthy lifestyle and since we are taught from birth we should always focus on .....

Early to bed early to rise keep a man healthy wealthy and wise thus we should follow the same!
