Entrepreneurship is not a word anymore it’s become an umbrella which is covering the dreams of new generation and letting people think outside their boundries. Manoush Zomorodi(An author of media consultant) defines entrepreneurs in a very good and appropriate manner. According to her, “Someone who envisions, creates, and evangelizes an idea that they are absolutely crazy about. That idea (it could be a product, book) makesit easier for them to get up in the morning, work ridiculous hours, and keep their brain buzzing. The entrepreneur can work alone, within a company, orin a group, but he/she gets itchy at the thought of working a 9-5 job and following the orders of anyone who isn't efficient and imaginative.”

But everyone have their own meaning of it. Everyone think of it in a different way. It varies with different age groups as well .For youths it is more of a thing to look cool whereas for adults it is a think to make change in their life and to learn from their experience and start something of their own.

Entrepreneurship is not specific for any age group. You can't rely on one fact and deny the other .if you believe that youths have more sharp and active brain with full cognitive development and a long term memory having good fluid intelligence, you can't ignore the fact that early adulthood has high crystallized memory thus they know better how to move all their experience into a totally new direction and form something unique and innovative. So it’s the capability which matters and not the age.

Everyone wants to become an entrepreneur this time reasons- no jobs and placements, competition huh make me sick .and thus also become a fashion. It becomes a trend but at the same time it is the emerging need for developing countries like India to get new ideas in order to raise country’s economy and development. When u will ask people around you why they want to be an entrepreneur the majority of answers will be like because we don't want to work under someone we want to be our own boss. If you have an idea and you think you can rock the world please go ahead but keep one thing in mind practice and experience make a person perfect so don't leave a single chance to gain experience.

So everyone wants to be an entrepreneur but actually nobody knows how to reach to it. Actually it is not a 5 or 10 step procedure which will guaranteed make you an entrepreneur but there is just one strategy which help you in reaching to your goal and that strategy is to observe the world ,make your own strategy according to your plan and follow it with full passion and dedication.

And clear the meaning of entrepreneurship in your mind. So what according to you entrepreneurship is? Is it means a brilliant idea for a super business .well you are not wrong but not perfectly right. Let add some perfection to it and try to make it a little simpler. It just needs a perfect idea which is more or less solving a problem of society and the perfect strategy with a perfect business model for a perfect business. It's just not about creating a new business rather it can be a strategy to use the existing business ideas and learning from them and Starting your own. Now it sounds better and little bit related to normal people like us of course nobody is genius. So try to work on a general idea in a strategic way to make it brilliant.

This is the perfect time for entrepreneurs in India. Everyone is supporting start-ups .Government is also helping the new ideas and innovations by introducing various schemes for start ups and by providing them all kind of helps including financial help.
