When a question comes on getting jobs and earning, we always choose and wish for a huge hit on first chance, but fail to get some, generally. Either we work hard and slowly make our salaries upgrading by acquiring experiences or take some shortcuts. We humans are prone to laziness and always choose the road with fewer difficulties, and short travel. Nepotism, favoring or being partial towards their relatives, friends and closed ones by providing them jobs, and easy way to earn.

Here I am with a question, Is Nepotism correct for a fresher or for an experienced one? Being partial to our closed acquaintances by handing over jobs, is it a right action? I beg to differ on that matter. I think we all should go for out of theboxsolutions. When a person just enters in his/her professional life, there are many things to learn that we don't get to learn in our career life. At that point it's just about getting the degree and knowledge on hand work. A person should fall on that ground to acquire a wholesome experience. Seeking help is just fine, but giving pressure on another's shoulders and lifting steps up are not just fine. We will be the one who will not achieve the things on the natural mode of profession. There will be always an underlying truth that, "it wasn't my wholesome effort". "It was that person who helped to breakthrough the bars for the very first time". There will be always a question on the strength and roots of the pillars build up by us. That is much prouder andpeacefuller, when a person is called as a self-made man or woman. It portrays a true picture on the identity to self and assures our mind transparently. Of course helping or providing job to a deprived person, who earnestly in need of that earning method must always be given so. On other hand a person who is quite able to find and fit in his/her job perfectly must not be provided with such benefits cause later it may create a problem to that very person.

When we are ready to make self-identity of our then why to depend on another for an offer letter with a job? When it's our life, and we want to make a self identity and worth of own, we must take decisions of our own and get a good paid jobbyown as well. Making self-identity also provides us being independent. Self-identity gives us self-image, andthat's what lead to respect in society for which we all fight.

We should pave a path with honesty, clearance and self effort cause that can assure our well-beingonall cases and peaceful in life ahead.
