Thoughts are everlasting process of situations and happenings which took place, or we desire for. Wherever or whatever the position of issues forms, thoughts, andpowers of thinking suddenly blows up, and starts to run along inside mind. We are completely surrounded by various types of thoughts. Some are crazy, some are best, worst or even meaningless. They flow in -out with ahigh-speed, and we get a complete mind rotation at the last. We start to feel as if trapped inside a den, where no way to out. It's an emotional breakdown. This leads to serious mental conditions and psycological problems.

Sometimes thoughts are overflowing that it gets out of our control. So can we control thoughts? Can we put a bar in front of bad thoughts and welcome in the good one? Is it possible that thoughts arrive when we wish it to come? Yes. We can control thoughts. We just need to understand some little things which can make huge differences. Nothing is their in this world that we wish and cannot achieve it. We are the one who can control our words, actions, thoughts and each an ever feelings or emotions. Whenever we get strike with a kind of bad thought, we should close oureyes andmake our soul calm and mind still. Start doing any kind of work just to be busy, cause we all know, 'Empty minds are devil's workshop'. Isn't it? After all who wants a bad thought to linger inside head and disturbed inner peace. When the discussion come about good thought, I think we should welcome them and enlarge the space of thinking. The more we think, the more we improvise and bring out productivity. Thinking is never a bad process, but thinking about negative feelings and actions is evil. We should always think a million times before stepping ahead. Controlling thoughts is a big deal and not letting mind to be fearful is also a matter of courage. At that point of time we must merelythink, 'it's merely a thought'.

Make your heart-mind believe and understand accordingly, that works to prevent negative thoughts to arrive. When mind is free, it flourishes up with thoughts.Ifits productive keep it, else throw it away. Be the boss of your own thoughts. When there is good, there is bad as well. It's us who can make choices and be different. Your heart knows better than your mind and that's a trick to be out from all kinds of disturbing negative thoughts.
