On the other hand, Reeha was trying to call Garang since last night, she also called at the city hospital which was the actual hospital where he had to reach, but the records showed that he didn't reach the hospital. She informed the police because it was more than 24 hours since Garang went missing. 'So, when did you last see him and where?' the police asked. 'I don't know about the details, I left for office and made preparations for Garang to be admitted to the hospital. He took his car to drive to the hospital but didn't reach there. Since then, he is missing,' she replied with a crying tone. 'Are these details all right to your opinion' the police asked to Ekshuk who stood with a tray, wiping his tears with his hands. 'Yes sahib, sir sahib is a perfect man please find him' he added. The police started its investigation and finally found Garang's car near the Rampura highway commonly called 'The inexistent highway.' Reeha was called at the road by the police to check whether the vehicle belonged to her husband.

"So, this is your husband's car, right?" Sr. Prabhay asked Reeha. She nodded while investigating the car. 'Sir there is a highway nearby, it's quite dangerous, maybe Garang went there because the road here was under construction since last few days' one of the policemen replied. 'Then we need to search the highway, and areas near it lets move forward.' The police jeep headed towards the highway. Reeha and Ekshuk followed them behind. They found nothing on the road, except for Garang's damaged watch that too from the nearby village. But it did not help them in the investigation. 'We cannot conclude what happened to Mr. Garang; it's challenging even to guess. Maybe the robbers or thieves killed him for ..' 'stop it! It is not possible' Reeha interrupted on the peak of her voice. 'All this is my fault; I shouldn't have left him alone.' She cried while Ekshuk consoled her. The police search came to a halt as the day concluded with a night surrounding it.

Reeha didn't sleep the whole night. She continued looking at the wedding photo of her and Garang that hung on the bedroom wall. Tears came from her eyes.

She remembered the time when Garang met with an accident about two years ago, there was no scope that he could survive, the doctors had given up, but it was Reeha who believed that the bond between her love and life would sustain. She prayed to God day and night in return for her husband's life. And the result was more than a miracle that Garang survived. Such is the magic of love; it can violate rules of life and death and retain its followers until the bond is held taught.
