India is the 5^th largest automobile market in the world currently. This is going to be up in upcoming years. A large number of automobile companies have spread their extensions among countries, investing and are expecting more outcome from Indian market. Believe or not, statistics shows that when India was suffering pandemic of Covid-19, there was a sudden growth in sales of luxury and imported cars. Among which automobile group Lamborghini had much impacted from Indian market at the time.

Need of automobiles and who is going to buy?

Today, out of 10, 7 middle class family have car in India. Everyone is now aware of need and have much interests in cars as before decade. Craze of automobile enthusiasts is so much that even social media, public and bloggers are influencing day by day. Rich peoples like industrialists and entrepreneurs don’t keep car as they keep the whole car collection. They have almost all category cars i.e. SUVs, Sedans, Luxury.

There are various companies of automobile offering luxury segment cars to their consumers. Named LandRover, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, RollsRoyce, Bentely, etc. Few of them offer luxury with high performance and better known by their off-roading capabilities of certain models. RollsRoyce says that our cars are delivered to big personalities only and in India, currently there are more units than to be imagined. In case you guys didn’t notice, Mercedes launched their new model named Maybach GLS600 and drop only 50 units at first. This number of units just sold in less than few time.

Indian manufacturers are now showing their real capabilities by launching cars which are attracting us most. Among which Mahindra, Tata and Maruti Suzuki are on top of the list. The new Thar by Mahindra is so capable and have excellent water wedging capacity adding to washable completely.

Sector which have direct impact from Automobile Industry

In current generation, automobile field had created a lot of new sectors which helps in enhancing itself. At present, there are huge number of automobile journalists who do not only test drive, review and report but also embed the thrills of real love toward cars to the readers and consumers. The second hand car market, gone up more than anyone imagined. This helps in getting people meet their need of car in easy evaluation and completing many of dreams also. If we talk in general, then this second hand market is a cycle where repetition of used cars is there. Government of India offers permission to rename the RC of vehicles and with the help of this we can transfer any of the car and drive it on roads for our enthusiasm.

Some companies made decision to leave Indian market and exit. Yes, there are many parameters to be discussed and going to be controversial regarding their departure.

General Motors, Chevrolet, Fiat, Man and recently Ford had closed its all the manufacturing  plants and exit the country. In spite, Ford have promised to be available for their old buyers to offer service option to the cars running.
