I have tried a lot of hacks to self improvement over an year . Actually i went through a lot over last few years. Self improvement has endowned upon me out of sheer coincidence.I am an overthinker by nature .Small,petty ,squalid things engulf my brain like a huge monster . Also earlier i use to be too anxious and stressed. No i won’t say that everything has been cured , but yes a lot has improved may be due to medication, therapy and above all self counselling . Perhaps the worst worry of all is the worry what others will think of us , it puts us in a mental jail which prevents us from taking action ,from doing what we really want,from saying what we really think. There are thousands of self improvement hacks, out of which what i follow is meditation , concentrating on the work as work is worship ,live today and forget about tomorrow and past . Talk to your friend and family members, someone who can support you .Reading any book of your favourite genre might help . I strongly follow lord buddha’s saying,”Rule your mind or it will rule you ”. Also another key element in self improvement is not comparing yourself to others,. Another noticeable thing which i noted is that self improvement can take place only when one stops assuming things ,as we get more pain through our imaginations than reality .
