Most of the women don’t know as much about their bodies as they should. It deals with various natural processes throughout the life. The danger lies in the simple symptoms which can be seen in every woman but only the women who are aware of their physical activities can only judge the symptoms and can find the disorder. Most of the time is disease is identifying after a long period.

Not only the above mentioned causes but also a girl suffering from this disorder can have another health complications such as hypertension, high cholesterol, anxiety and depression, sleep apnea, heart attack, diabetes and endometrial, ovarian and breast cancer.

One can fight back with this disorder simply by following few healthy activities regularly. This disease cannot be completely cured but one can reduce the quality of symptoms and can live a healthy life.

Yoga is the best and first action to be taken to reduce the intensity of this disorder.
There are type of Yoga such as Bharadvajasana, SuptaBadhakonasana, Chakki Chalanasana and Padma Sadhana. Another way is reducing the symptoms from home remedies and from healthy and sufficient diet. You can add these food items to your everyday diet which are Methi, Flaxseeds Cinnamon (Dalchini), Holy basil (Tulsi),Honey, Bitter gourd (Karela)and Amla. To lose the male harmonse and to get the health stability one must follow simple habits like daily exercise or yoga, healthy diet; fix timing for lunch and dinner, etc.
