What if someone allows you to roam anywhere you want? What if you can see anyone and can hear any gossip? What if you can be invisible? What if you can roam like Mr. India?

There is one theory called `Astral Travel’. This theory is dangerous though it brainstorm a person to leave his own body. Astral travel is a paranormal theory which stated the concept of willful out of body experience. In this theory, the soul is called `Astral’ and as the name suggest Astral travel means if you willfully leave your body then the soul is capable of traveling the universe. This concept is ancient and occurs in multiple cultures but there is no scientific evidence. In short, Astral travelling, or astral projection, refers to a willful out-of-body experience, during which one’s soul separates from the physical body and traverses the astral plane with intention. People often experience this state during illness or when involved in a near death experience.

At this era time of digital progress these activities of killing oneself is noted as there are plenty of videos which can brainstorm someone to believe in Astral travel. Such an incident currently occurred in Mumbai. A minor girl committed suicide in her attempt of astral travelling in Bhoiwada area of Mumbai’s Parel. 15-year-old Shravani’s family told the police that she was continuously watching videos related to astral travelling on YouTube for the past few days.

While it is said that it is possible to practice astral projection at will, however, no such incidence has been officially reported till date.

Another example of crime related to this activity is a guy killed his own parents and sister in Thiruanantapuram. He told the police he was practicing Astral Projection.

There are many people who believe in this theory and claim it to be true while there are people who deny this type of activities. And some researchers also stated that Out-of-body experiences are more imaginative, suggestible, and fantasy-prone than average, though have low levels of drug and alcohol use, and no obvious signs of psychopathology or mental illness.

Though it is true or not it’s must not be worth of someone’s life.
