Early Morning Rituals That One Should Follow.

What is the very first thing you do early in the morning? Most of us will try to be smart to answer this question. Most of us check our phone first and then do follow our routine of getting fresh, taking breakfast, getting ready to go to school/Office. Instead what should be done is you should rise up early in the morning. Watch the sky changing its texture from dark blue to sky blue or being in the lap of nature in the park away from the distractions.

Even most of us don’t wake up early. Either we put an alarm which keeps ringing to its last breath or keeps on making it silent by hitting its power button. Waking early in the morning adds an extra advantage to your life. You borrow an extra hour for yourself from your busy schedule. People who don’t wake early for themselves are mostly found to be stressed or depressed.

§Meditation or Exercising:
Doing Meditation helps you create inner peace which is so mandatory for everyone in this technology-dependent century. Initially, it could be a difficult task but you need to focus on doing it every day early in the morning and in the evening as well for better and fast results. If you think you are fat enough and want to lose weight, then start with jogging exercise. Instead of sweating think in another perspective like if I do jog more steps I would be able to lose weight easily and fast. This will make you happy and release Dopamine in the prefrontal cortex of your brain. This is an Organic Chemical which is released in your mind while you are happy or having pleasure. This will lead to your mood change and loosening of weight as well. “One sword hitting two problems at a time.”

§Journaling:
After exercising you should move to the next step of writing journal. Writing journal has their own benefits if you clearly mention the events, situations you got stuck in and how you solved it will always be there with you. Another thing you can use it up for. That is not only limited to writing only true events there can be imagination content as well overall it's your thought and your call which you want to add in your journal. You can also plan your day in your journal without planning you do waste your time. Almost everyone knows time is money so one should not waste it.

§Revise what you learned:
This is the most important thing one should follow. You learn new things each day while you are a student, an intern or an employee. Everyone has some course to take to make more value of themselves in the market to be an asset. While taking classes of any particular course you acquire almost 90-100% information. If you do not revise daily, you will not remember it properly. You will have only 30-40% of content in your mind. But if you revise daily it becomes permanent. It moves from the temporary memory of your brain to permanent memory.

§Read book:
I know you might be having various excuses to dodge this point. But do you know what is an exercise to the body the same is reading to your mind? If you don't have much time you cannot read for hours at least you can read a 1-2 page per day. This practice should be done for at least 20-minutes.But if there’s shortage of time it hardly takes 10 minutes to read 1-2 pages. You need to give yourself time.
