If you have not been living under a rock then you must know that Harry Potter's school, Hogwarts has a house system consisting of four houses and we all know that Slytherin is the best among them all. Of course, Harry and his friends may not be in Slytherin and he may have some problems with the Slytherin housemates but that is not the reason to don't like such a great house. The house honours Salazar Slytherin, who was one of the four founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Leave it to the sorting hat, and if you are worthy enough to be part of such a great house that values courage, wisdom and fraternity, you might get sorted in it. Being a Slytherin is not one's cup of tea. But if you think you are one, then you should be proud of it because:

They won the Cup for seven years in a row. Everyone takes pride in supporting their favourite Quidditch team- yes, that's Slytherin.

We have Severus Snape and Draco Malfoy

From being one of the smartest professors in Hogwarts to the fiercest wizard, Snape is the Hogwarts potions master, head of Slytherin house. Malfoy, a pure-blood wizard, proud Slytherin and Harry Potter’s arch rival at Hogwarts. Too cunning.

Slytherin is just the best
