Fruits and vegetables are always advised to be included in our diet by doctors. Both have many health benefits, that is why it is highly recommended by our doctors. They are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), iron, mineral, etc. Moreover, pulses and beans contain protein element as well. Fruits like orange, banana pomegranate, papaya, mango, apple, etc. contain some very helpful health benefits, which should be eaten by us on regular basis. There is also a very famous proverb about apple i.e. An Apple a day, keeps the doctor away, which is actually very well said because apples contain vitamin C and potassium which are very helpful for us.

Moreover, vegetables like spinach, carrot, tomato, broccoli, beetroot, etc. contain some very rich nutrients in it. In fact, beetroot is famous for eating by a haemoglobin deficit people. But the veggies are complete no-no by children as they love to eat junk food only. Otherwise, elder people know its benefits and are using it frequently. Though, the vegetables and even fruits these days are not purely organic. Harmful chemicals are sprayed on them which are intoxicating our vegetables and fruits. They become so harmful that all their health benefits get vanished as soon as it reaches to the kitchen of our house. The salesman knows that people are more attracted to shiny and bright or colourful products. So, they try to polish these vegetables and fruits, in order to attract a large number of people or customers. But the customers should also keep in mind one thing that the brighter the object looks, the more defective probability it has.

So, before buying anything just look at it first. The most authentic or we can say organic ones do not look good through your naked eyes but they are basically chemical free. Organic ones are easily available in malls and some of the vendors are also providing good quality veggies or fruits right from their farm, which they manage to make chemical free. So, if you are going to a market to buy anything, just do not buy anything blindly. Open your eyes and differentiate between the good and the bad, chemically based products.

Open your eyes and choose wisely. After all, you are paying for it. Do you want to spend on such things which will affect your health on the long run?
