Though, the vegetables and even fruits these days are not purely organic. Harmful chemicals are sprayed on them which are intoxicating our vegetables and fruits. They become so harmful that all their health benefits get vanished as soon as it reaches to the kitchen of our house. The salesman knows that people are more attracted to shiny and bright or colourful products. So, they try to polish these vegetables and fruits, in order to attract a large number of people or customers. But the customers should also keep in mind one thing that the brighter the object looks, the more defective probability it has.
So, before buying anything just look at it first. The most authentic or we can say organic ones do not look good through your naked eyes but they are basically chemical free. Organic ones are easily available in malls and some of the vendors are also providing good quality veggies or fruits right from their farm, which they manage to make chemical free. So, if you are going to a market to buy anything, just do not buy anything blindly. Open your eyes and differentiate between the good and the bad, chemically based products.
