We all know how Queen Cleopatra bathed in milk and we also know how beautiful she was. A combination of the two can work wonders to eliminate the tan on your skin.

Mix some amount of turmeric and milk and form a smooth paste. Apply on the affected areas and let the paste dry. Once the paste dries, wash it off with cold water. Do this once or twice a week to achieve maximum results.

2. Lemon and tomato

Lemon is known as a skin lightening agent and also helps fight spots or pigmentation on your skin. It contains citric acid which lightens spots and also makes skin smooth. On the other hand, tomato is amazing for your skin as well. It contains lycopene which helps your skin to fight free radicals. When mixed together, these two ingredients will help you fight skin tan easily.

Squeeze out the juice of a lemon and store it in a bowl. Cut a tomato into two halves. Then take one half of the tomato and dip it in the lemon juice and apply it on the affected parts of your body. Keep it on for a good 10 - 15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. You can do this twice a week for best results.

3. Potato and Aloe Vera

Potato works very well for acne, spots, blemishes and skin brightening. Aloe Vera is known for its miraculous effect on skin and hair. Potato and Aloe Vera can be used together to help you do away with skin tan.

Grate half a potato and squeeze out the juice. Take some fresh aloe vera gel and mix it with the potato juice. Apply this mixture on the tanned areas of your body. Let it dry and then wash it off with cold water. Repeat this twice a week and see your tan slowly fade away.
