The most dreadful poverty is loneliness and the awful feeling of being unloved. Is it so? Do you really believe it? Let's observe it in a different way. Loneliness may be the only reason which causes increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depression, which are the most obvious health problems to result from deadly feelings of loneliness. It has been found that loneliness can cause memory loss, heart problems, stroke, antisocial behaviour, and even altered brain functions .

Do you feel alone even when you are surrounded by a huge bunch of people? No one will stay with us until the end. Even the extreme extrovert would have experienced a pinch of loneliness in one way or the other. First stop thinking loneliness is the biggest disaster and relax that everyone is a part of it, some show it out while some hide them by expressing them in a happy manner. Keep reminding ourself that life is full of ups and downs. Even if today is a bad day, tomorrow can be the most important day that you can never forget. Let's wait for the most important day without falling for the bad ones.

I think expressing ourself in a happy manner is the best option so that it will be a habit and we'll start enjoying every second even when we are alone. Once a person experiences the beauty if loneliness, no one would like to be in a group. They’ll start knowing and observing themselves more. They’ll like the company of themselves rather than depending others for anything. It helps us to get the opportunity to discover ourself and find our own voice. This would increase self-confidence and is a very good motivation. We can learn from every mistake we make.

“How can you hear your voice if everyone is talking?” Do you want to hear the real you? Never feel sad if you are alone, you are getting a chance to observe and spend some time with the inner soul. Not everyone gets a chance to do so. Be a better person by listening to the brain rather than the heart. Once Pablo Picasso said, “ Without solitude, no serious work is possible.”I never found a companion who is as compassionate than Solitude. “Whoever is delighted in solitude is either wild beast or God.”
