90's kids aren't unfamiliar with the 6 FRIENDS- a legendary comedy sitcom. Sparing much of their time sipping coffee from Central Perk, the unforgettable characters did act like a work ethic mentor in our lives. They make us aware that we may make mistakes while standing on our own feet but we must learn from them. Let's go back to the episode of their journey where Monica once said to Rachel:

Welcome to the real world! It sucks. You’re gonna love it!”

Now that we are standing on the brim where either we work or our parents will throw us out of the house, this dialogue certainly fits.

Rachel worked as a waitress before discovering her love for fashion. It took years for Rachel to actually land on her dream to Paris. What not she had to so? First waitressing then helping an 81 year old woman to wear a thong which she didn't even buy. But she didn't lose hope, even after ruining her interview at Ralph Lauren. Her impeccable dedication to fashion turned her into an independent smart woman.

Small steps & perfect skills yield big success! And Monica who once had to wear fake boobs proved that by becoming a head chef. So guys, you need to hang in there and give your best shot until you get #magicbeans!! 🌱☺

Rejection is a part of work ethic. And when it happens often we set back and lose our hope. But if Joey could try for multiple versatile part time jobs, why not we? Little internship, part time jobs, few work from home jobs, and a couple of training can help you learn your skills. Remember he got rejected about 100 times before he landed a gig and became Dr. Drake Ramorey in DOOL(Days Of Our Lives) :p.

Statistical analysis and data reconfiguration is not everyone’s cup of tea. Especially not Chandler Bing’s. And there's no age limit in working as an intern. Chandler resigned from his high-paying job and went for a marketing internship with all junior colleagues before becoming a junior copywriter. Internships can really build a secured career for you all! It can be your classroom andit can easily work as a foundation for your career.

Miss Phoebe Buffay a.k.a Pheebs was the most offbeat character yet she put forward an amazing work ethic. The wonderfully weird Pheebs refused to sell "Smelly Cat" 🎶 to the jingles. She remained firm to her principle and belief and so should we. She sure was weird for the normal world but her ethics and her strength to adhere to them was something everyone of us needs to have.

Never give up your principles at any cost! Ross's love for palaeontology earned him a Ph. D. but do you remember why did he come to be on sabbatical? :D Yelling at your boss is something you should not do at work and please not at least for sandwiches! So there you go another work ethic to control your temper.
