As we know the past has more to say than the future. The past events are to be believed with proofs hence the curiosity is strengthen with it. The history of India is divided into ancient, medieval and modern India. Some events and moments are gone with the people because there was no technology, no broad communication. Some say even females and males living together never knew the events happening in their life as it was considered a taboo then. Today we have different perspectives and opinions to preserve the history and make out the events happening over in their day to day life at that point of time. In India, the city of Jaisalmer is known as city of forts. More than 1000 forts are there in India.

The history of India can be traced from the time earth was made and human beings were settling in the area

'I was always that curious person interested to know how at that time a girl like me be doing. I guess during the era of the rulers in India, a girl like me be married and working in kitchen, cooking food.' But these can be only few assumptions. What if we have some proofs of events happening. And the curiosity that comes along with it, being satisfied.Yes, this is possible by evidences whichare carvings on the stones, woods, mud etc in the forts of India. Many routine work were depicted using the cravings and drawings - soldiers working hard to win the battle, women decorating their home, girls cooking food, animals were preserved, wild ones were killed and cooked to eat, men working on their tools for battle.

These carvings are curious monuments of how these were worked upon, to know how people would have been attempting it, what it made to come in their mind, how do they do it, what were tools used, how all the pillars are same in size and their design, what was used to measure its area and length so that the pillars and architecture were so accurate. But we can only answer all these questions through guesses. No one can confidently answer the questions and hence this remains the utter curiosity.

The beautiful designs of flowers and structural designs were all the abstract idea. But the carvings of people, their clothes, their tools used, the way they used to devote to their gods, the way they used to kill animals, the way they had tradition of any pecular thing at that point of time, were the things which could be real. At that point of time, people may not have thought of how a future person be living. The present was all they had to depict through these wall carvings. To visit any historical place is of significant moment to the history of India. The questions of curiosity for carvings will always be there, this has been the way from generations to generations.
