Simple ways to prevent wrinkles

Wrinkles come due to aging and lack of moisture in the skin as we become more and more old it becomes difficult for our body tissues to transport water from one part to another. Wrinkles are something one would never like to see on his or her face ever So, now let's see some simple remedies that can help you prevent wrinkles.

Bananas

First of all, sticking to a healthy diet is very important for us to reduce wrinkles. The properties in banana help's fight wrinkles on your skin. You have to mash two bananas and mix honey in it then apply it on your face, let it dry for half an hour then wash it off. You can do this twice or thrice a week for better results and You should not only apply banana but also eat it, that's good for health.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is something which I suggest for almost every skin problem or condition as it has a lot of benefits like vitamins, anti-inflammation properties, cooling effect on the skin, helps in recovering cells and a lot more. Aloe vera also moisturizes the skin and has malic acid in it which help's in soothing wrinkles and improves skin elasticity. Simply apply aloe vera gel on your skin and wait for 15 minutes to dry then wash it off and you can do this daily or twice a day also, it will not do any bad to your skin.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is an another natural and effective remedy for reducing wrinkles. You just need to take few drops of olive oil on your finger tips and massage it over your skin for a minute but do this an hour before sleeping. You can do this twice or thrice a week for better results.

Egg whites

Egg whites are another sticky natural remedy yet effective for reducing wrinkles. All you need to do is take some egg whites in a bowl, dip your fingers and lightly massage it on your skin then let it dry for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water. Egg whites have protein, Vitamin B & E which smoothens your skin fine lines.

Carrots

Eat and applying Carrots both are good for the skin as thay are rich in Vitamin A and have enzymes which mkae the skin look younger and smoothens wrinkles, for taking the benefit of this you first have to boil the carrots then make a paste of it and apply it on your face, relax for an hour then wash it off.
