Be The Leader Be The Change

“Leadership is the ability to make goodness operate in lives of others.”
Our country needs a great leader’s to sustain in the future.Great leaders are not born, they are created by the circumstances and situations.

Our history has so many examples of great leader’s, who had not just successful in changing the country where ever required but also attained a soft corner in the heart of each of their followers, which made them immortal with time.

One should always try to be a leader in his own field of work. But here leadership should not be confused with the dominance power.

Being a leader you should act as a change agent and take initiatives in bringing the good change in the lives of people.

Today the scenario is totally different, though we have so many leaders yet the progress is not up to the expectations. There is n number of reasons but the main problem is lack of good leadership quality. Today the so-called leader’s are more concern about their future then the common people .They are using their power not in uplifting the country instead dragging each other down . in this way they are not just preventing country’s progress but also losing people faith in democracy.

Therefore we need good representatives for our country.
But we all know the fact that “ change begins with yourself first”, so instead of expecting anything from our political leader’s we should take initiatives in changing and leading people.

A good leader is the one who shows the path of great success to his people and also leads them by walking on the path first. He is always concern about his people and helps them to be a leader in their lives. The role of the leader is to uplift others in achieving their goals and motivating them whenever required.

So, if you want our country to progress in every field, you have to take initiatives , you have to take actions to take the country in the right track because just by sitting and expecting everything to happen itself is not a good way to live your life.

As also Mahatma Gandhi stated that “BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD”.

A monk wrote more than 900 years ago,” when I was a young man, I wanted to change the world .i found it was difficult to change the world, so I tried to change my nation. when I found I couldn’t change the nation, I began to focus on my town.I couldn’t change the town and as an older man, I tried to change my family.now, as an old man,I realize the only thing I can change is myself, and suddenly I realize that if long ago I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my family .my family and I could have made impact on our town. Their impact could have changed the nation, and I could indeed have changed the world.”
