Failures: The Key To Sucess

Success is something that each one of us want to achieve in life. We all have that desire to succeed in life , to make our own identity but only a few of us strive hard to reach that goal. Even impossible says 'I am possible' so why do we have a constant fear in our mind that what if we loose?, what if we fail?, what the world would say? These questions keep revolving in our mind and we fall prey to our enemy or failure.

The reason behind these questions originating in our mind is that we compete only to win. We come up with a mindset to defeat the opponent . Just think what if we have an ethos of learning something new, something productive out of the strife. The moment we will ponder in this direction , failure would seem minuscule to us.

1. Jim Carrey

One of the Hollywood's finest comedian Jim Carrey who has played a lead role in films like The Mask, Dumb &Dumber etc. On his first comic standup at a club called Yuk Yuk's he was booed off the stage . His audition for Saturday Night Live for the 1980-81 season didn't go well too. He recieved a $10,000,000 million payment for his work in Dumb and Dumber.

2. J.K Rowling-

Known as the author of Harry Potter , she is the most inspirational success stories our time. She is a divorcee mother of a dependent child. In 1995 all major publishers rejected the Harry Potter script. An year later a small publishing house accepted it and extended a very small €1500 in advance. In 1997 and 1998 , the book won awards from Nestle Smarties Book Prize & The British Book Award for Children's book of the year.

3. Bill Gates-

Known to be the wealthiest person in the world, Gates suffered through many failures . His first business was indeed a failure . Turf-o-data was a partnership between Bill , Paul Gillbeo and Paul Allen which did not go much ahead. His idea didn't work when they tried to present it to a Seattle county traffic employee.

The big question which emerges out is that although we all fail in life what makes the above listed entities so special? The answer to it is just very simple, human beings are busy in winning over others , we aren't ready to learn from our mistakes. Our ego suppresses our urge of learning, analysing , and then acting accordingly. The moment we'll start working on our weakness that day is not far when we would be counted in the list of the unstoppable.
