With the view to get more and more votes Rahul Ghandhi came up with a plan to end poverty in India by giving Rs 72000 per annum to poor families.This plan came to be known as Congress’ minimum income guarantee promise.In this all the poor families will get a minimum income to spend their livelihood.The agenda of this program is to benefit the poor families.This program will provide benefits to the poorest 20%.This major promise soon came after the announcement by Narendra Modi Ji to help farmers by giving them Rs 6000 per annum.

Going with details the program will be called NYAY ehich means justice.NYAY is the short form to Nyuntam Aay Yojana which translates to Minimum Income Scheme.This program has been started with the aim of reducing the gap between rich and poor.Two main question arises How will the government identify the poorest 20%?And how will NYAY will get the funding?Well the poorest 20% can be identified by helding a worldwide survey.And the funding can be get by increasing the tax from the rich.By taking from the rich and providing it to the poor can be the way to decrease the gap between rich and poor.Now questions are raised on how the transfer of money will take place and will people really get benefit from the scheme.Well the transfer of money can be done by online transaction directly to the bank account,This will lead to increase in number of accounts in the banks and it will also promote digital India.Well people will really benefit from the scheme as people are currently under loan from banks and money lenders.It will also reduce the burden on the earning member of the family.

Well will this scheme make the person lazy and decrease his desire to work and earn?The answer to this question is that the poor people after getting this money will not live life with leisure but will fulfill only their needs.This will improve the health of the children and prevent them from malnutrition.It will also increase the number of children going to school as now the parents will be able to submit the fees of school thereby providing children access to education.The working member of the family can increase his production and solve his problems.

Now few unanswerable questions arises like What will be the after effects of this scheme?Will Congress increase the amount if this scheme achieve success?Will this amount be able to solve the problem of the poor?Will this scheme really reduce the gap between the poor?Will after getting the money the other benefits people are getting from other schemes will be not provided to them?
