It's very important to take care of yourself and more importantly your skin.
So here are some dos that have done wonders for me and I am going to follow them this summer also.
The first thing I do in the morning is drinking a glass of water. It increases my metabolism and helps my body to remove the toxins from it

I make sure to keep my skin clean and clear and what's better than raw milk. All I do is dab raw milk onto my face using a clean cotton ball. It hydrates my skin and provides deep cleansing.

After that, I apply rose water on my face with another cotton ball. It cleans my pores and tones my skin. It also controls excess oil which is necessary in summers.

I use natural scrub to pamper myself. To mske the scrub, I make a smooth paste by mixing gram flour, turmeric and curd together in a bowl.

Gram flour helps to control pimples and also reduces tan.
Curd improves complexion and helps to control acne due to its anti inflammatory action.
Turmeric is the best antiseptic ever.
It feels so good whenever I use this natural remedy to scrub my face and neck. It gives me an instant glow.

After scrubbing, I make sure to apply Fuller's earth ( multani mitti) as a face pack. It reduces acne, treats oily skin and improves complexion. It also removes dead skin.

I always moisturize my skin with a moisturizer.
And my night skin care includes washing my face with a facewash and then applying aleo vera gel which I take from the plant. I keep it on my face overnight in generous amount and rinse it with plain water in the morning. It not only reduces acne but also reduces pigmentation.

To keep myself hydrated, I eat watermelon. It's very tasty and provides vitamin A and C which is good for skin.

Also, my day is not completed without having a sattu drink, which I make according to my mood. To make it sweet, I add sugar cubes and sattu in cold water. Or add salt and lemon juice to sattu and water mixture. It's a great summer cooler which provides nutrients. It's known as the superfood.

And lastly, I can't tell you enough about how tasty and beneficial is coconut water in summers.
