To provide nutrition to your baby, include calcium in your diet. Go for milk, cheese and unsweetened yoghurt.
To utilise this calcium, take Vit. D from eggs and fatty fish.
Always inform your doctor that you are pregnant.
Dental x rays are generally safe during pregnancy but as a safety precaution, the expecting mother should be shielded. Make her go for leaded apron and collar to block any scattered radiation.
